Bakayarou is a slightly harsher version of the word "Baka".

"Bakayarou" is the correct pronunciation, but "bakayaro" is also fine as a shorter version of it.

This "dialect" is very rare, so you yourself should never use the term unless you're very confident about it. Just keep in mind when you see movies and animes that "baka" may not always imply that the other party is truly idiotic.
